Pre-Order Terms and Conditions
1. Pre-Order Availability
By placing a pre-order, you are reserving an item that is currently out of stock but expected to arrive at a later date. We will ship the item to you as soon as it becomes available.
Pre-order items are marked as "Pre-Order" on the product page, along with the estimated shipping date. This date is an estimate and may be subject to change.
2. Estimated Shipping Date
The estimated shipping date provided for pre-ordered items is based on the best available information at the time of purchase.
While we aim to fulfill pre-orders as quickly as possible, please note that the estimated shipping date may change due to factors such as delays from manufacturers, suppliers, or shipping carriers.
We will notify you if there are any significant delays to your pre-order.
3. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of placing the pre-order. Your payment will be processed immediately, and you will receive a confirmation email.
Pre-orders are subject to the availability of the product and your payment being successfully processed.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they arrive in our warehouse, based on the estimated shipping date. Delivery times will depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
If you order pre-order items alongside in-stock items, we will hold the entire order until all items are available for shipment, unless otherwise specified.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Pre-orders can be canceled or modified up until the item has shipped. After the item is shipped, regular return and refund policies apply.
If you wish to cancel your pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
In the event that the product is no longer available or if we cannot fulfill your pre-order for any reason, we will issue a full refund.
6. Product Changes

If there is a change in price, you will be informed in advance. If you choose to cancel, a full refund will be provided.
